Shipping Methods:
EMS SpeedPost: Fast, Medium price and safe, average 2-6 days.
This express mail delivery service is provided by the Hongkong Post, the SpeedPost shipments will be sent overnight by air cargo to the destination countries and carry to you via the local postoffices and couriers. Your orders usually take only around 1 to 5 days to reach your door safely. Online tracking facilities (tracking numbers: EExxxxxxxxHK) are available on the websites of Hongkong Post and most of the international postoffices. You also responsible to contact your local postoffice or customs to retrieve the parcel if there is any problem happened. Stamp Duties, import taxes and any other extra charge will be paid by the recipient. The shipping cost is non-refundable once the item(s) has been sent out.

Partially Shipped Order
HOP WO ENTERPRISE LIMITED always ship faster and more flexible than others. To let you receive the items as fast as possible, sometimes we will first ship out all the available products in your order to you. And once your remaining item becomes available, we will ship it out to you (with airmail) at no extra shipping cost. You can enjoy flying without any interruption.
Return Policy:
We take full confidence for the quality of our products. We just want to make the return procedures simple for the convenience of our valued customers. If it is proved to be factory defect or damage via postal, please contact us at info@hopwoentltd.com.hk within 3 days after the item(s) arrived and we will take appropriate actions to tackle the problem including sending it back to the factory for warranty repair. The manufacturers will have the final decision on the validity of the warranty. Customer will bare the shipping cost of returning the defected item(s), and HOP WO ENTERPRISE LIMITED will bare the shipping cost of sending back the replacement item(s). In many cases, we simply ship out the replacement item(s) in your next order without the need for you to return the defective item.
